Simply 30 minutes. First half-cardio intervals for all levels. Last 15 minutes we'll grab our weights and use our intervals to help us get the most out of a strength and resistance workout. You can jump to your heart's content :) or take each cardio interval into a low-impact move. Either way, work at your level to increase your heart rate. Strengthen your muscles, bones and mindset. Equipment Required

Resistance band loops are used sometimes. Hand weights (dumbbells) are used for the second half.
