Simply 30 minutes. First half-cardio intervals for all levels. Last 15 minutes we'll grab our weights and use our intervals to help us get the most out of a strength and resistance workout. You can jump to your heart's content :) or take each cardio interval into a low-impact move. Either way, work at your level to increase your heart rate.
