We will use asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (the breath of yoga) to help you build body-positivity, mindfulness, strength, function, and flexibility. We encourage a playful practice where you challenge yourself to do more with physical function while developing your mindfulness in every way. We will meet you at your skill level.

Equipment Required

Bring an open mind, a yoga mat, a towel, a block, a strap, and some water.
