Description

My gentle Beginner’s Yoga class will help your body relax and create a sense of harmony within your daily routine. Every class will offer modifications for beginners. You will enjoy adding this class to your yoga schedule throughout the week. 5 mins at the end of class will be dedicated to savasana or seated meditation.

You can cancel up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If you cancel, you will receive Moxie Credits which can be used with any instructor. Out of courtesy, please cancel as early as you can.
