Shortened version of Tues night class - 30 min destress from your week. Not usually one to do Yoga or Stretch? THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU! No relaxation at the end. The music will speak to us as we immerse ourselves in a Christian playlist - from top 40 contemporary to brand new releases from well-known names to a brand newbie. Our spirits are encouraged as we Stretch and Flow through Yoga style sequences. Some tracks are to-the-beat flowing movement tracks, some just hold the stretch and sing along! 45 min class including time at the end to relax / meditate on God, His Word, and just "Being Still and know that he is God" Yoga style warm up Flow sequence Warrior poses - strength work Balance work Hip openers Abs/core - peak of the workout, more upbeat timing Back Core - right up there with Abs Spinal twists - work on more mobility in the spine Hamstring stretches - always a work in progress here; pace coming down Guided relaxation/meditation on God and His word. Can't wait to see you!
