Description

This class focuses on giving you quality results in a short amount of time. During this class, we will do short intervals of work, followed by recover periods. We will also use free weights to do a quick workout for lean and toned arms. This combo will help you become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of yourself. All fitness levels welcomed.
