This is a gentle moving class, that will increase your flexibility, mobility and help release tension in the muscles. The class will often include faith-based words or scriptures for moments of meditation/prayer at the beginning or end of class. Class is usually seated on the ground, sometimes standing, or in a chair. Optional prop: a THERA-BAND or Yoga strap will be incorporated at times. You can use a rolled-up towel, belt, or even a pair of yoga pants in place of either of these items.
