It’s Our 100th Class together! WOW! We have come so far. So join me today for a “Challenger” Workout focusing on an exercise I love, the PUSH-UP! By now if you have been in any of my classes I utilize the push-up heavy to work the chest, back, shoulders, core, and upper body strength. We have seen an exponential amount of different variations of this move and today we will attack the upper body again. Luck for you not every move is a push-up and we are so much stronger than we were 99 classes ago. Are you ready?
