I began training when I was 12. I have a 1st Dan in Tae Kwon Do, a 4th Duan in Wushu and I'm a Wudang Longmen Disciple. I specialize in Yang style Tai Chi. These classes are geared towards improving your health i.e. better balance; stress reduction and better postural alignment. Tai Chi can be a good way to ease back into an exercise routine and it can also supplement your current work out.
