Ariel has been teaching Pilates, Yoga, TRX, Barre, Bootcamp, Zumba and other dance fitness classes since graduating with a BFA in Contemporary Dance from North Carolina School of the Arts in 2003. She believes that consistency, sustainability, and variety are the keys to a lifetime of health and fitness and her goal is to make each class fun, engaging, and challenging for every single student!
