I am classically trained dancer turned personal trainer/fitness instructor! I teach a multitude of classes because I believe in balancing the workouts. I teach Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Cardio boxing, Muscle Conditioning and Bootcamp. I also train one on one. I work a lot with women and moms both pre and post partum.
