She is a certified barre instructor with backgrounds in ballet and lyrical dance. Each class is a hybrid of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Jordan is a full-time high school French teacher, wife, and mom to two young boys who found her second calling in the fitness industry over five years ago. She started working out alone at home but craved the interaction of group fitness classes. She taught in-person classes in several formats including Insanity, TRX, weightlifting, heavy bag boxing, foam rolling, Tabata, and HIIT. She holds certifications in AFAA Primary Group Training, TRX, and Insanity. When the pandemic hit, she went digital allowing her to stay healthy at home but still getting that group interaction that can make fitness so fun!

Crista practices and teaches Dance, Yoga, Massage, and Art. Her formal BA dance and art training began her introduction to yoga and massage therapy. She cares about strength, balance, creativity, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and practicing non-violence to the body while challenging the self to find greater ease in movement. She has completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through My Vinyasa Practice based in Austin, TX and she is currently working towards her 500 hour certification. Michael Hosking, Ph.D. is the creator of Revocycle Mind and Body Cycling, a mindfulness-based indoor cycling program with a focus on quieting the mind and being present. The classes incorporate deep body awareness, breathwork and mind-body practices to reduce stress and build resilience while also increasing the effectiveness of the workout. Michael's doctorate is in biology and he has studied exercise and the brain with John Ratey, M.D. of Harvard Medical School.
